Regulatory & Government Bodies

We operate in full compliance and close cooperation with the Indonesian authorities who govern tourism and protect the Komodo National Park.

Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf): The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. We are fully licensed under their authority, ensuring we meet national tourism standards.
Balai Taman Nasional Komodo: The Komodo National Park Authority. We work closely with them to stay current on all park regulations, zoning, and conservation efforts, and contribute to park fees that fund their vital work.
Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut: The Directorate General of Sea Transportation. Our vessels are registered and certified by this body, guaranteeing adherence to Indonesian maritime law.
